- private-label and custom packing — by RFQ.

MOQs and Incoterms
Minimum order quantities depend on product, packing, and destination — pallet and part-container orders work for pails and drums, while aseptic IBC programmes are container-sized. On terms, we commonly quote FOB (you arrange freight), CIF (sea freight to your port), and DDP (delivered to your door, duties handled). Choosing the Incoterm up front avoids surprises later.
Lead times and documentation
Lead time depends on volume, packing, and whether stock is on hand or made to order; confirm it before you plan production. Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis and specification sheet, plus commercial, customs, and health documentation for export. Organic and other certifications are available on request.
